Within the framework of implementing fruitful partnerships with various private institutions in the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Youth Pioneer Society signed this week an agreement with the Embassy of the French Republic in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The agreement was signed by Ms. Amira Mahmood Mohammed, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the Youth Pioneer Society, and Mr. Emmanuel Mayer, First Counselor of the French Embassy in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

On this occasion, the Chairwoman of the Board stated, “We are happy to sign the partnership agreement with the French Embassy to implement the first sustainable development hackathon entitled: Sustainability and Climate Change, which aims to stimulate the community of community entrepreneurship, and develop entrepreneurial ideas that contribute to finding solutions to existing challenges through unconventional ideas.” And increasing opportunities for Bahraini youth to contribute to Bahrain’s vision, which is steadily moving towards a sustainable, clean and renewable economy.

Mahmood explained that the details of the hackathon and the partners will be announced soon.

The Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the Youth Pioneer Society and the members of the Board of Directors thanked the Embassy of the French Republic in the Kingdom of Bahrain, hoping that this partnership would achieve the common goals of the two sides.
